- Warm Weather Shipping: During warm months care must be taken to ensure that your truffles arrive in perfect condition. We pack all shipments in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs. This adds a handling charge of $4 to your shipping cost, and ensures that your truffles are received ready to enjoy. Shipping options may change if necessary to ensure the quality of your truffles.
- Care and Keeping:
- All Chocolate Truffle Shuffle truffles are best when chilled, however refrigeration is not required. If you do not plan on enjoying your truffles immediately, you can refrigerate truffles up to 14 days or freeze them in an airtight container for up to 4 months.
Shipping to a Business Address:
When shipping to a business, USPS may deliver your truffles to the receiving department. To ensure timely delivery, please inform the recipient to expect a perishable delivery. Chocolate Truffle Shuffle is not responsible if the business is closed and the carrier is unable to deliver the package. Please include as much information as possible including company name, telephone number, suite or room number, recipient's name and department, if applicable.Delivery Restrictions:
We only ship on Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's in order to guarantee timely delivery.
